The beautiful house (detached house with separate apartment) close to the bay with three levels in Cala Santanyi is ideal as Familiengenerationen- or holiday house!
On a plot of about 350m2 is this beautiful house with three levels, only about 300 meters from the bay. The house is thermally insulated. The windows and external doors of the company Schüko have turn-tilt fittings, the windows additionally insect protection.
